Application
This machine is suitable for automatic production of multi-layer material flat mask finished products. It
can use 1-4 layers of PP spunbond non-woven activated carbon and filter materials. The whole machine is
one line automatic operation from raw material feeding to nose line insertion, edge sealing and cutting
finished products. According to the different raw materials used, it can reach different standards such as
disposable flat mask.The equipment has stable performance, high output, low defect rate and easy operation.
Production specifications
Standard type: 175 * 95mm Ear belt on the outside
Raw material size reference:
inner layer: 195 ~ 200mm,
middle layer: 175 ~ 180mm,
outer layer: 175mm
Coil material: inner diameter of raw material: 76mm outer diameter: 600mm
Nose bar:3mm diameter, 0.4-0.7mm full plastic or inner clad iron wire, 80-100mm long each piece,
Ear band: diameter 2-3mm, non-woven hollow core rope, single side 150 mm * 2 sides = 300 mm
